LOMARTOV is an innovative SME specialised in Environmental Engineering and providing high-qualified consultancy services to help companies and organisations developing innovative and circular solutions and to support industrial and technological projects to improve their environmental, economic, and social sustainability with a multidisciplinary approach.

Within FunTomP, LOMARTOV is evaluating and optimising the innovative processes and products tested during the project from a sustainability perspective, reviewing the state-of-the-art techniques used for protein extraction and quantifying the final environmental impacts through Life Cycle Assessment methodology. Furthermore, LOMARTOV is developing a certification roadmap of the final products, collecting all the relevant standards and regulations applicable to FunTomP.
